To fill in a little more detail on this: Once it occurs, all your fittings are marked as invalid due to not having any modules, weapons, grenades or suits, and your asset window shows nothing. Once you've restarted the game, everything shows up ...

I've had this. The timer to enter the game stayed in the top right, at 0:00. anytime I hit L1, it brought up the neo-com. So I stopped using guns you can zoom with
